Additional Authentication Popup issue with accesspoint URL

Hello,

Some of the times users receive additional windows authentication popup during login to stage AccessPoint along with regular QlikView login form. We too have observed this behavior at our end. Ironically we do not encounter this issue all the time so it’s difficult to reproduce it.

We are using QV11 SR5 pack.

Please help me into this issue.

Hi,

Can think of two possibilities

1) Check if you have any section access applied.

2) If your answer to question 1 is no, then open your application via desktop go to document properties --> opening tab --> and make sure initial data reduction based on section access and initial selection based on section access is unchecked.

Thanks for your reply... however it is related to popup, it has nothing to do with section access I feel that.

Also, IE settings are same through out Dev, Stage and Prod.

Seems issue with IIS or network settings.
