Loop and reduce, execution doesn't give results

I try to set up a simple loop and reduce.

The source document has a binary load.

The field which is used is %Customer_list

When I select Open document I see the values and can select the field %Customer_list.

I then select the Loop and reduce with the same field

I also add the %Customer_list field to the document name.

Click apply and the Reduce is held by Publisher. If I switch tabs to for instance Reload and go back, the settings are still there.

If I then go to Status and return to Documents - Reduce the settings are still there.

I added a Destionation in Loop Field in Document.

The document is loaded, data is visible but the doument is not reduced.

I the qlikview publisher log it reads:

Obviously a reduce cannot be done when no data is loaded, but I cannot figure out why this is happening.

Have you tried with "Partial reload" (Reload tab, section "Script Setup")?
