After disabling the software, we were able to successfully rerun our monthly reload in QA.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A _jive_internal="true" href="https://community.qlik.com/message/538769#538769" title="http://community.qlik.com/message/538769#538769"&gt;http://community.qlik.com/message/538769#538769&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Moving forward, we are adding the following exclusions to the antivirus software.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color: #1f497d;"&gt;C:\ProgramData\QlikTech\*\&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color: #1f497d;"&gt;C:\Program Files\QlikView\*\&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color: #1f497d;"&gt;C:\Program Files\QlikView\Distribution Service\*\&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color: #1f497d;"&gt;E:\DistributionService\*\&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size: 11.0pt; font-family: 'Calibri','sans-serif'; color: #1f497d;"&gt;E:\QlikView\*\&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We have also excluded all qvw, qvd, and pgo file extensions from future scanning.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

At times, my documents will reload without any errors.       <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Its always recommended to have Qlikview Application folder on local server instead of shared drive.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Try by moving Qlikview application to local server and check if that helps&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Regards&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;ASHFAQ&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
