Session Exit Reason - Document obsolete

I'm getting lots of sessions ending with an exit reason of 'Document obsolete'. Does anyone know why this is?

The document is reloading every 15 minutes, and it has the following settings...

Are there settings within the document or on the server that can be changed to eliminate this?

Any information would be appreciated.

The discussion thread you identified is referring to a different scenario.

I'm seeing the server automatically reopening an open document, once the server copy is updated.

The server setting 'Allow Only One Copy of Document in Memory' is disabled, so I'm expecting the 'Refresh' button to be enabled, not the document automatically reopened.

This identified this as a bug (# 69613), in Version 11.2 SR9.

I'm not sure which version or SR introduced the issue, but I'm hoping the fix will be applied in the next SR.
