Relation between QVSystem Monitor and QMC Task History

Hi,

I am trying to setup the QVSystem Monitor and in the #Days to Retrieve Logs I have put 30 days. Is there a relation between that and the logs within my C:\ProgramData\QlikTech\DistributionService\1\Log. Since I see that the Log folder contains only last 30 days data.

Not sure if the windows is accidently deleting the previous or archiving the older log files.

Any help would be appreciated in restoring the old task history log files.

The log files are deleted by the Distribution Service based on your config setting NbrOfDaysToKeepQDSLogs.

This is located in [InstallPath]\QlikView\DistributionService\QVDistributionService.exe.config.

Unfortunately already deleted logs cannot be restored.
