using QMS to Add Authorized Users to a QlikviewDocument??

I created an ODBC resource,I used DMS authorization, In this ODBC is defined the relationship between users that have access to a document for this purpose,configure ODBC is successful,. Finally what is added to the document is only the name of the user,different users access to different files.

user1001 can access qvw file when I input user1001 in the Manual Input of User Names;

but user1001 can not access qvw file when I choose user1001 in the Search Result.

why?Can anyone help me on this ?

When your enter manually you get only user1001.

But when you add by directory automatically as shown above, you may get prifix of your <Directory>\user1001 you can check this by placing your mouse pointer on selected user user1001 shown in your image.

add user1001 by serch after adding place your mouse pointer on this user in right pane i.e selected user did you see something like <directory>\user1001?

here directory could be your directory.

Try picking the directory connector you created on the right top and not "All Directories"
