Cyclic group scroll arrow does not work

I have a cyclic group as dimension in straight table.

There are about 100 items in the cyclic group, so I need to scroll up/down to find the item I need.

recently, my client who uses my App just got a new PC, and reported that he now cannot scroll with the up/down arrow, while using key board to scroll still works fine.

Have anybody encounter the same issue?

Hi,

What version of QlikView are you running and what version of IE is he running? IE 11 isn't supported till 11.20 SR5

it is QV11.20 SR3.

My client did not have the problem when he was using XP, his new machine is running 8.1 Pro.

If he is using IE 11 they you will have to upgrade the server software to 11.20 SR5.

Hi Bill,

upgrading to QV11.20 SR5 does not resolve the problem.

I don't see anything logged with this issue. So, I would open a ticket with support.

I am also facing similar kind of issue in straight table, where I have used cyclic group as a dimension and it is not showing drop down list on AJAX client. We are using QV11.20 SR5

Could you please help me on this?

I just put a bug in on something like this last week. Do you have more than 15 dimensions?

We have 5/6 dimensions in a cyclic group, will they work fine when we use less number of dimensions in cyclic group?

Hi,

That number should be fine. On thing I forgot to say is that with AJAX you have to right click on the icon.
