    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi all,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;we have solved the problem!!! &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Tren Micro is very difficult to manage:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Deactivation of the webreputation function inTren Micro is not easy and does not always work. &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;In fact, when you restart the server even if the function had been disabled and it seemed, it was not exactly like that ... it was as if reactivate alone with default settings.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks to all,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;GM&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;we have problem when task reload and distribuite a Dashboard.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When Antivirus is off all was good , but when is on the distribution time is random from 3 minutes to 15 minutes for all Dashboard (large and smaller).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We have excluded .qvd .qvw file extension&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; from Scan and all folders involved for Qlik...but nothing&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Some suggestion?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;GM&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Well, I had a conversation with one Trend Micro expert and he said regardless of the exclusions, Trend Micro will still scan does folders with exclusion and the only way to stop it, is to fully stop the Antivirus. Now, you can confirm this by using a processes monitor, which you can tell that the Antivirus still touching those excluded folders. You can use the following Process monitor: &lt;A href="http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/bb896645.aspx" title="http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/bb896645.aspx"&gt;Process Monitor&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
