QV 10 - Right-click cycle dropdown not displaying correctly on access point

We are currently using QlikView version 10.00.8815.6 SR1 64 bit edition. In the application I developed when I right click on the cycle arrows the drop down menus are displaying correctly. When I perform the same operation via our access point it is not displaying the right drop down menu but one for six columns to the right. Please see attached pictures. I have tried Chrome, Firefox and IE (versions 8 & 10), they all have the same issue. In several other places right clicking on the cycle arrow does not display anything at all.

10.00.8815.6 SR1 is a very early build of v10 and is many versions behind the current release.

I would expect this issue would be resolved by upgrading if not to the current version, a later version of v10.
