Problem In leasing a license from production.

Hi All,

One of the user is not able to lease the license of production to Dev environment.

Earlier it was working fine and user develops and open many applications in Test server (through lease from production severs).

Now when user tries to open any qlikview document on server received the below error.

I can see user has Assigned CAL lincense in the production ( through QMC).

Check and make sure he hasn't already lease a license from two machines.

Hi Neeraj,

As Bill mentioned, double check that the license is only use once, but also make sure that you are not trying to lease from the test-server.

Hi,

Above issue have been resolved by this method.

On the Machine,

1. First we tried to login on the server with with user credentials which was already working fine.

2. Now we tried to login with the user credentials which was not able to lease license stated above.

3. Now this credentials step2.. started working fine , able to lease license from production.
