We faced the same issue the other day. We had very low RAM (4 GB) and shared CPU on our machine with QVServer. The QVS accumulated open sessions of users and AP was visible to all of them but only the first users could open applications to view and only once or twice. After that none of the users could open anything and message "WebPage cannot be displayed" was shown.

We increased RAM to 16 GB and made CPU exclusive for this machine and now QVS / AP works fine without any performance issues.

Hope this helps you.

We are facing the access point issues when too many users log in on the access point.

Is there a way to to restrict user to open a single session per document.

For example , if access point document is not responding then a user U, open a document D multiple times and hence multiple sessions for a document D for a user U for that point of time.

How to set one session per document per user in qlikview?
