      <title>Qlikview WebServer and IIS Server: No Server in AccessPoint</title>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have a Qlikview Webserver "WS1" that is internal with Full Installation and another server "IIS1" in DMZ that is installed with IIS only. &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The ports and firewalls are opened up between these 2 servers.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have set up the IIS App Pool and changed the Config.Xml&amp;nbsp; in IIS1 server to point to WS1. When I opened up AccessPoint, I got MESSAGE: NO SERVER &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The log within Web Server showed that it failed to connect to server.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;10/15/2013 17:25:08.9126448 Information Connect to server: WS1&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;10/15/2013 17:25:29.9578542 Warning Fail Connect to: WS1&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please share your suggestion on how to resolve the issue. When access a document using IE PLUGIN from external of the network, I got Tunneler Error. Ajax works fine.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When I access a document using IE Plugin from inside the network, the dashboard works fine.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;There is a document that posted by Bill (Installing Tunneling on 2008 server with IIS ). I followed every steps, verified the tunnel work and added the linkmachine name. That still does not resolve the issue.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please share other suggestions that could help fix this issue. Thank you&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The Plugin doesn't go through the webserver, so you will need to NAT port 4747 in the firewall to point to the QVS server. That should get you going. If you can't open 4747 from the outside and want to use the plugin you will need to setup tunneling. The Document explains how.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Bill&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
