Yes. We need a active directory to give the windows authentication access in the small business edition. Otherwise we have to use the qlikview section access to give the authorization for the individual user.

Hi! I´m new in this forum, and I´m so glad to participate with my first question... we want to deploy a Qlikview SBS in a Windows Server environment where we don´t have Active Directory authentication, but we have the basic windows authentication. My question is, ¿Is there some problem with this edtion of the Qlikview server to autenthicate User CALs with this basic method of autenthication?

Thanks in advance!! Regards
