There is no need to restart any services after adding this, as the QVB process reads the Settings.ini every time a QVB process is launched&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/TD&gt;&lt;/TR&gt;&lt;/TBODY&gt;&lt;/TABLE&gt;&lt;/TD&gt;&lt;/TR&gt;&lt;/TBODY&gt;&lt;/TABLE&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am getting this error in the logs when i reload a QV file.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;On reloading the second time the document reloaded successfully.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any idea about this error ?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi Rajesh,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Yes that could be an issue. is there any way to check the same ?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;ie., i need to prove to the client that the failure was due to a parallel reload (or) doc open by another user.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is there any way i can find these information using windows logs? if yes how ?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;We came across same error and found that for some unknown reason, the QV user for third party tool NPrinting was stuck and which made the user stuck/forzen for every instance.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We stopped the Nprinting task and then restarted other stuff and it worked fine&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
