user not added in the list

Hi,

I want to add a user in the document-

status of the document cal showing -

Document cal available on server 70

document cal not allocated 10

document cal allocated to this doc 14

doc cal embeded in doc 0

doc cal assigned to user 8

while adding a user in the document it does not return any error but in the user list for this document it not showing.

in the list item for the user its showing 14 users but last access date still blank for 6 users

please suggest
