Using an AD Group to configure Document Administrator rights

Hi folks,

when I try to use an Active Directory Security Group as the Document Administrator for a Distribution Services Source Folder, my user who is a member of that Group is unable to access QMC; but when I directly configure him as Document Administrator using his AD domain & id, then he is able to access QMC and the Source Folder.

Is there anything I need to do to make the Group-based approach function as I'm expecting, so that anyone I add to the AD Group will automatically have the appropiate Document Administrator rights? Or is this a QlikView limitation or defect of some sort?

We're using QlikView 11.0.

QlikTech support advises that QVS & QVP do not presently support the use of Directory Groups as members of Document Administator lists. It is possible to add Groups to the DA lists, but they are effectively ignored.
