My all 5 Qlikview Services are running and I also restarted all but still facing &lt;SPAN style="font-size: 10pt;"&gt;same problem. I am also attaching the screen shot of that. Like &lt;A class="loading" href="http://server:4720/qtxs.asmx" title="http://server:4720/qtxs.asmx"&gt;http://-pc:4720/qtxs.asmx&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you get prompted for username and password please add the server to the intranet zone in the IE settings.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

The account that is running this needs to be a member of the Administrator group on the local machine. It most have "logon as Batch job" &amp;amp; "logon as a Service" rights under policies. The user also most be able to read the AD.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Bill&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
