Google Spreadsheet reloads fail with QV11

A customer has a problem loading Google Spreadsheets through Publisher, it works fine in the QlikView Developer, and it also worked fine in QV10 both in the developer and in Publisher.

It's not a permission or an environment issue as we're able to replicate the issue everywhere.

Here's the code for you to test it out

LOAD COLUMN1, 
     COLUMN2
FROM
[https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/ccc?key=0AuvOXv8gND60dGVyUjlWb0FUMUd5dHdIb2lJenltOGc&output=xls]
(ooxml, embedded labels, table is Sheet1);

Any ideas or workarounds are welcome (hopefully without involving purchasing a connector).

Daniel, I have just found a fix for this

In Google sheets you need to publish the document and then use the published URL.
