Then you can delete the file again.

Hi,

A client have 20 Document CAL - all allocated to one document. But somehow they deleted that file, and the new one have another name. So now there's 20 Document CAL on the server, but none available to allocate.

How do you get the 20 back when the document is taken out of production?

I know they are stored in one of the .pgo files, but...

Best regards

Torbjörn Ungvall (@Ungvall)

Senior Business Discovery Manager

Advectas AB

Thanks,

Have tried this, but it didn't help. Solution was to stop QV server service - delete .pgo files in document root and QlikView server folder - and start the service again...

Best regards

Torbjörn Ungvall (@Ungvall)

Senior Business Discovery Manager

Advectas AB
