Server not Refreshing Dashboard

Hi,

new to QlikView so apologies

we currently have an issue where dashboards arent being refreshed when a user views via the web.

ie i have a qvw sitting on the server with say 5 tabs of graphs etc. All users have viewed this dashboard. I then conduct further development which adds a further 3 tabs of reports (so we're now up to 8 tabs). But users can't see the updated version of the qvw even though its on the server, when they connect they still see the old version (which doesnt even exist anymore!)

So there's a cache issue - is this a browser related or a setting in QlikView?

They can't view the new dashboard until you refresh it on the server itself.

how do i refresh dashboards on the server? doesnt seem to be any option at the access point?

is it via the management console?

Yup, it's in the management console.

You can set it in the document properties.

But I'm not sure if will refresh the screen if the user didn't any click (selection made by user).
