Too many Document CALs assigned

Hello Everyone,

I am having problem in assigning document CALs on the OlikView Server 10. Every time an error is occuring when I try to apply CAL to the document. It says Too many Document CALs assigned.

I tried to rename the shared and meta files linked to the document but this solution is not working for me.

I have 5 Document CALs still left but cannot assign them.

Any suggestions please.

Probably document CALs have already been asigned to some other document even if no user has been assigned to use them.

Can you post a screen shot for you license tab General? See attached

Hello,

I have solved the problem by deleting the PGO files and reassigning the Document and Named CALs on the Server.
