Hi,

I found a work around.

C:\ProgramData\QlikTech\WebServer\Log had a log file for every day so I archived those up to a certain date and ran a reload. Seems to be workin and I can restore the files if they are needed somewhere by QV at a later date.

(Unless someone on here warns me they are needed for something else?)

Thanks.

Hi everyone,

I have downloaded and hoping to use the above to manage our QV setup. We seem to experiance failed reloads on a number of QVD's over night, and there is not obvious pattern to this.

I have set up system monitor but on hitting reload am finding it takes a long time to reload, and there seems to be pulling data back from august 2011. I'm only intrested in the last 3 months perhaps to start with. Is there a setting I need to change to limit the data range?

The tables that it seems to go back furthest are Webservice and MGMT.

Is anyone able to help?

Many thanks

IMHO the easiest way is to move some of the log files to an archive folder.
