      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Has anyone experienced this?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;On our Test server (never happens on the Prod server),&amp;nbsp; the User Documents "+" sometimes does not expand to display the document list.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When you click on the +, it just gives you the "nothing in here" period.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I "fix" it by restarting all QV services.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Once I do that, it's sometimes good for a couple weeks, and sometimes it stops expanding after hours and goes away four or five times a day.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Rebooting the server does the same thing as restarting the services.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm tired of getting email from users saying "test is broken", and going in and restarting services, so any advice/thoughts would be appreciated.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It's a mystery to me...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
