Reload fails after exactly 6 hours

Hi,

I'm running QlikView 10 SR4 Small Business Edition, without a Publihser. I have one document that takes more than 6 hours to complete and if I create a reload schedule for this document, it will always automatically abort the reload after exactly 6 hours.

Is there some kind of hidden setting that limits the reload times? I have not been able to find any setting related to this in the Enterprise Management Console.

I'm not using SBE, but I can see the 'Timeout Seconds' setting on the QEMC > Documents > User Documents > Reload Tab. The default value seems to be 21600, which is 6 hours.

Did you check the logs to see if there is any error?

I did not check that document specific reload page for the setting. How stupid of me

I increased the timeout and now the reload completes properly.
