Run VBScript task is not executing in the QMC

Hi,

i have a vbscript file, which will do archiving files.

it works fine, when i double click it directly.

but if i create a task in supporting task in system tab, and give the path of vbscript in commandline statement.

then its executing, but its running always, not stopping

so what could be the problem?

On some task publisher can't tell when the external task has finish. It would be like using this to open notepad, it will never see notepad close. You will have to play around with it of figure away to get it to work. You might try a .bat file with that calling the VB script.
