      <title>Users getting to the access point</title>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi all,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have a few users who are not able to access the&amp;nbsp; Qlikview access point.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; One user, who used to be able to get on the Access Point fine, is suddenly not able to.&amp;nbsp; He tells me he had computer issue so had his computer cleaned up.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;He is using IE 8.&amp;nbsp; When he tries to get on the access point,&amp;nbsp; he sees the beginning of the access point, but never gets the login prompt, and the browser just hangs.&amp;nbsp; He is able to get to the access point using Fire Fox fine.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am suspecting it must be IE browser issue...&amp;nbsp; What should I look for?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
