    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;We've made two changes last Friday : &lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Update our server software from v9.0SR4 to SR7&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Update our community license to a bunch of user document cals&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Right now, we're experiencing two issues :&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Some accounts receive the error Message "Failed to open document, for unknown reasons&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;The accounts that don't experience this, get "Lost Connection to Server" very frequently (every time a data restriction is made).&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We use ticketing and DMS Mode. The Client is ZeroFootprint Ajax.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;EDIT &lt;/STRONG&gt;: We have a testserver as well, running SR7. On the testserver, no such behaviour shows... for that reason I guess my problems must be license-related...Does anybody have any idea what I could do?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks a lot in advance...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt; Hi all,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I could resolve this issue by deleting the &lt;STRONG&gt;.qvw.shared&lt;/STRONG&gt; file.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Obviously this goes back to something that's already been reported as a bug for QV10 (just search these forums for "unknown reasons").&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The "Lost Connection" issue was solved by this as well.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Cheers&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt; hi, I get the same proble.&amp;nbsp; I ﻿﻿﻿﻿upgrade from qvs9.0 to SR7. I got the problem. But I delete the .shared file ,can't ﻿solve the problem. Do you have any idears?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
