i scheduled the application to reload.

application is reloading fine in my developer version.

but i m getting the following error in QVS 10 SR3.

Could not close the SourceDocument. Exception=System.Runtime.InteropServices.COMException (0x80004005): Error HRESULT E_FAIL has been returned from a call to a COM component.
at QlikView.Doc.CloseDoc()
at QVBWrapper.Document.NiceCloseThread(ILogBucket i_LogBucket)
Reload failed. Distribution skipped.
The task "Dummy.qvw" failed. ErrorCount=2

could anyone help me out to resolve this issue.

Turn on logging under Settings>Document Properties>General>Generate Logfile.

Then reload it again on the server and see what the log file says. This log file will be generated in the same folder as the document you are trying to reload.

It is a runtime error. We experienced this last week after that I restarted the QDS services and even after that problem was not fixed and so I restarted the server which seems to resolve the issue.
