Timeout Error while reloading a qlikview file

Hi,

I am using Autosys(Unix tool) as my Qlikview job scheduler.

I am having QV 64 bit server and the RAM of my server is 32 gb,64bit Windows 2008R2.

I am getting error time out failed to reload.

I checked the log file but i only get message timeout error reload failed.

I wonder what could be the probable reasons beacuse of which i keep on getting time out error.

The sequence of my jobs is

r Summary this jobs takes 10 minutes to reload

Volume this job takes 12 minutes to reload

Data Model Mappings this job takes 1hour 20 minutes to reload

all these jobs are included in a box in Autosys job scheduler.

sometimes i get this error for rSummary/ volume --------------------------->timeout error failed to reload.

When i then manually reload the file then it is success.

But i get this this error timeout occassionally.

Any solution to fix this problem.

Maybe you can increase the timeout for this file.

On the QEMC, user document page, click on the file and set a higher timeout time for this one.

Since it depends on the database, maybe sometimes it takes longer than expect and finishes by timeout...
