Leasing Licenses

Is there a limit as to how many time you can lease a license from a QVS?

Example:

I have my laptop, and 2 remote desktops where I do development. Each needs to lease a license from our production server. However my laptop fails to lease a license it just keeps saying "Personal Edition". I have leased a license from there previously, but it expired. On the 2 remote servers I was able to lease just fine. There are plenty of Document Licenses available on the production server.

There is a 2 leases per license limit, this isn't present in any official documents to my knowledge.

I may be running up against this issue. Do you know if the 2 leases are concurrent, or spread over all time ?

Found this documentation (QlikView License Leasing Technical briefing) which suggests this limit applies to one user over a 24 hour machine from two different machines.

Can anyone advise of another reason for not leasing properly. Even though the user in question can open a document in server nothing is appearing in the license leasing history report on the QMC/QEMC.
