We currenlty use a dll file (QvsNetRemote.dll) for webservice calls to get current license information but do not use sharepoint or Qlikview webparts. We are going to undergo the upgrade from Qlikview 9 SR7 to 10 SR3 and are looking for an updated verion of this dll file. The issue is, since we don't use sharepoint, webparts will not install, and thus, we cannot get ahold of this file. Is there any place we can get an updated version of this file for Qlikview 10 without having to install sharepoint, and then webparts?

Hi,

You can Install qlikview webpart and can obtain the file from there.

You need not to install sharepoint for the same.

Later you can uninstall webpart if you don't want after taking backup of th file you required.

That DLL has been deprecated you should look into using the new QMS API to get the information you need.

Can you provide a bit more detail on how I would get started using the QMS API to accomplish this?
