External QV Server: Access Point vs Mobile

I recently changed our internal QV Server to be externally facing as well.

I am currently able to access Access Point externally however I am unable to access from the QV Mobile application. We use windows authentication. Error messages says 'network lost connection' (or something close to this) when server connection is attempted. The iPad device is connected to wifi so this is not it. User can also access demo site just fine.

Any ideas why? Turn on external DNS just for mobile applications? QVW applications are set for mobile already.

Connection properties: (believe this should be the same)

webaddress:port#/qlikview
