    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;I recently changed our internal QV Server to be externally facing as well.&amp;nbsp; &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am currently able to access Access Point externally however I am unable to access from the QV Mobile application.&amp;nbsp; We&amp;nbsp; use windows authentication.&amp;nbsp; Error messages says 'network lost connection' (or something close to this) when server connection is attempted.&amp;nbsp; The iPad device is connected to wifi so this is not it.&amp;nbsp; User can also access demo site just fine.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any ideas why?&amp;nbsp; Turn on external DNS just for mobile applications?&amp;nbsp; QVW applications are set for mobile already.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Connection properties:&amp;nbsp; (believe this should be the same)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;webaddress:port#/qlikview&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;login: domain\username&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks for any help or ideas.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
