      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;hi All,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I installed QV10 Server product on Windows XP on a laptop (demo system).&amp;nbsp; I am using the bundled QV web Server. &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Everything seems to start fine in terms of the Windows Services.&amp;nbsp; I can access the QEMC and QMC.&amp;nbsp; I have entered my license info which works.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I cannot however get the Accesspoint to work.&amp;nbsp; &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I tried...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A class="jive-link-external-small" href="http://localhost/qlikview" target="_blank"&gt;http://localhost/qlikview&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A class="jive-link-external-small" href="http://localhost/qlikview/index.htm" target="_blank"&gt;http://localhost/qlikview/index.htm&lt;/A&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt; &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;In QEMC&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have -&amp;gt; Servers -&amp;gt; Qlivkewi Web Servers -&amp;gt; My machine -&amp;gt; General -&amp;gt; Communication, I have port 80. &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Under Web --&amp;gt; there are no Extensions/Mimes and my root folder is&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;QLIKVIEW with path = C:\Tools\QlikView\Server\Web (correct)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Under AccessPoint&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp; Path = /QvAJAXZfc/AccessPoint.aspx&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;working &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="http://localhost:4780/qmc/Default.htm" target="_blank"&gt;http://localhost:4780/qmc/Default.htm&lt;/A&gt; &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="http://localhost:4780/qmc/Default.htm" target="_blank"&gt;http://localhost:4780/qmc/Default.htm&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any help or Ideas would be appreciated.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Bernard &lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Like Erich, I suspect something running on port 80. Windows XP uses IIS 5.x which doesn't support port sharing like IIS 6 and up.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also, what do you see when you access the AccessPoint URL? 404 File not found? or something else?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi Guys,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am not runinng IIS on my machine.&amp;nbsp; When i initially tried to start the server i got a port error.&amp;nbsp; Changed my skype port and the QVServer came up.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; I get error 404.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also, do you run it as a local account server or dedicated user?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Cheers,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Bernard &lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;What's the status of the "Qlikview Webserver" service?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Normally, I run all the Qlikview services as a network service account that has both local Administrator and Qlikview Administrator group membership.&amp;nbsp; As long as you are a member of both groups it shouldn't matter the ID.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;B&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Do you see any warning or errors in the Web Server logs?&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; \QlikTech\QvWebServer\Log\....txt&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You could also change the QV Web Server port in QEMC &amp;gt; System &amp;gt; Setup &amp;gt; QlikView Web Servers &amp;gt; QVWS &amp;gt; General &amp;gt; Communication &amp;gt; Port.&amp;nbsp; Then test against the new port setting to determine if it's a port 80 issue, or something else.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Good luck,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;B&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
