Hello

I'm having problems with assigning document cals to users

whenever I assign a new user, in the summary the number of document cals assigned to users remains 0

I thought there might be a problem in the setup of document cals

or is it due to the fact that I'm working on a virtual server?

Hi,

Virtual shouldn't make a difference to this.

I presume that you have assigned a number of document CALs to the document? What happens if you change this number? Does that work?

Might be a corrupt .META file. Maybe rename it and try again?

yes I was trying to assign document cals to the document several times just testing what could happen but the this didn't work

what is this .Meta file

where can I find it?

please advise
