reload errors--help

We just hot QlikView and have received intermittent reload failures. The documents will reload one time, but fail the next time. It is not one particular app, we've seen this on 3 of our 5 apps, but one is more prevalent.

Any help/suggestions are appreciated

We're running v 10 on a 64bit server

error in log file is as follows:

Did you resolve the cause of the intermittent failures?

I'm seeing the same issue... fails perhaps one out of 10 times.

We did apply the SR3 update to QV 10.0, but we also found out that we had developers that were re-loading locally causing a lock on the qvd files and that is when we also received re-load failures.

Now we seem to be pretty stable. Maybe one failure a week.
