Most of the time is because the link mahcine name is not correct and the URL for printing is not correct. It may have the server name or localhost and you are connecting to &lt;A href="http://www.companyname.com"&gt;www.companyname.com&lt;/A&gt;. So, when it tries to print or export the link maybe machinename and computer can not get to it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i have a problem i have installed and had qlikview server 10 running. but today when i try and export an excel document it just times out and says that the file cannot be found. i also get the same issue when from the main page selecting download plugin it says its not there?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;as anyone else had this issue? anyone have any ideas? &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":winking_face:"&gt;😉&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;thanks in advanced&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Jason&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
