Different Table display between Desktop dashboard and Access Point Dashboard

Hi Community,

I have a problem in display of tables. In my desktop the table display correctly and when I scroll it down it adjusted per row... (see image below:)

Table A:

But when I deployed it in Access Point the table was clipped. And when I scrolled it down its like I'm scrolling in word document...see image below:

Any Idea on this? Is there a setting that I missed?

Please check for the Qlikview version and plugin version

this things happens only when version mismatch

Thanks for the response! Its just that it's my first time to work in Access Point. Where can I find the plugin version of our Qlikview Access Point?

Ronald,

You need to check the version of qv developer and the server. If the version varies than this issue would occur.

Here's my version numbers:

QlikView Server Product Version: 9.00.7469.8
QlikView Developer Version: 9.00.7320.7

Is this issue may still occur even if they are both version 9?

If you are using Plugin client in Accesspoint to view the files then verify that Plugin version is same as that of QV server.(Using Add/Remove programs you verify the version of plugin)

Else uninstall plugin and install it from server machine

C:\Program Files\QlikView\Server\QvClients\QvPlugin\QvPluginSetup.msi

yeah its 9 . but qlikview 9 have sr1,sr2,sr3,sr4,sr5,sr6

so pls check taht things.

I think ,you have version mispatch in SR series.
