Access Point Fields blank

I have installed the Qlikview server on my server but when i am seeing the Access Point every field in that are coming blank .. all the drop down are blank .

can any body suggest me what has really gone wrong or what should i do ..

please suggest me as soon as posible ..

Things i have done to rectify are :

1. I reinstalled the qvs server

Is your qvs licensed ?

could you see http://servername:4780/qmc ?

could you see http://localhost/qlikview on the server itself ?

could you see http://servername/qlikview on an other machine ?

could you see http://servername:4750/qlikview on an other machine ?

Has your account a CAL assigned ? (see QMC or QEMC)

i have checked but only

http://servername:4780/qmc

http://localhost/qlikview

are working but in localhost/qlikview still i am unable to see any thing ..

could this be a problem that with the same licence key i have installed QVS on the Production server , Test server and my machine .. please suggest ...

Yes, you could only use the Server Lic once within the same network. There's a Test Server license available. On your client you can use a leased license.

Sorry to disturb you again ..

But from where i can get a licence lease ..

But how will qlikview know wether i have installed the same licence key 3-4 place in two networks ...

But one more thing mow in my laptop where i have installed the QVS its showing CRASH !!!! Now what is this all about

Within the QMC, you can enable this setting (on the same page as assigning your named CAL's)

Remove your lic on the client. Close the client. Start the QV client again.

You will be a Personal Edition now

Do 'open in server' and open a document. Close the document and QV client.

When opened again, you wil lease a license (you are developer now)

I had two licence keys one for developer and other for the QVS ..

now , it was running fine till yesterday but suddenly yesterda it started showing SERVER DOWN .( NOte : before that i changed the licence key of QV developer .. ) Then i removed the qvs and again installed it . now its showing a pop up kind CRASH

I dont know what has went wrong ..

One more thing do you know how to completely remove QV and QVS from the system ..

because after un installing it autometically takes the licence key ...
