Hi,

Some ideas:

anything special in other log files, or Windows Event log?

are you member in QlikView Administrators group ?

is firewall really open, try from command line "telnet server 4780" . Terminal scrolling briefly and a blank screen means ok

is client in same Windows domain as the server?

did you modify permissions on file SystemSetup.htm in folder C:\Program Files\QlikView\Management Service\QEMC ?

are all QlikView services running with same account? Try to change that to System or Network Services , and see if it helps.

are you running IIS and QlikViewWebServer at the same time, with Qlik IIS components installed?

-Alex
