It was a license expiration issue, which was not true but they fixed it in their system this morning and got us up and running.

This always seems to be a problem when upgrading the server. The documentation explicitly says that the licensing information is retained when uninstalling v9 and will be applied when v10 is installed. Well I upgraded and the license screen in QEMC is telling me that my server is unlicensed. Great. Now I have to deal with irate users in the morning. Anyone have any suggestions, besides waiting until I can get a hold of Tech Support Monday morning?

For us its working fine. You have to reapply the V9 license using Management console.
