Hi,

I have a problem with the web interface ot the access point. It loads the main page but it doesn't open any of my documents with any of the clients. All the documents on the main page are linked to hhtp://localhost/qlikview/undefined

Hi,

Go to your Enterprise Management Console, System, Setup, QlikView Web Servers and make sure all paths displayed there exists and have read permissions, and that those folders store actual documents with read permissions.

How about the "Web" tab in the right pane?

Is that happening when the server restarts, is there any reload task working?

It's the same when I restart and there are no tasks.

Hi Nedelcheva, I was facing the same problem in past ,You can restart your qv webserver and qv server .

Whether securities setting is based on NTFS,DMS ?. if it is DMS , Are you assigned sufficient privilleges to user for document access?.

what is the version of Qlikview server and Plug-In ?.

if both are different then this types of error normally face.

I don't think that the problem is with different versions of the server and the plugin since I cannot open the documents with neither one of the plugins.

it is s0metime happen because of mismatch in qlikview server and plugin version.

I checked the versions are the same.

I reinstalled the Server.
