When I go into ControlPanel the web no problem;
This error appears when I'm on the server that hosts Publisher ..

are you going to http://localhost/ControlPanel/Default.aspx or http://<machine>/ControlPanel/Default.aspx ?

Thank lhr! I go the localhost, the server machine;

But doing tests, I found a solution;
1. Share the address C: \ Program Files \ QlikView \ Publisher \ ControlPanel, Web Sharing tab;
2. Restart IIS.

I do not know why this happens, but so researched the Aspnet 2.0 has a feature to disable the site temporarily, for any maintenance. But I did not go into details, because I managed to solve.
