Access Point problems - Does not open in Mozilla Firefox

Hi All,

I can not open access point using mozilla . when i try to open in IE it works. But

in of mozilla the page loads forever with out giving any error.

The qlikview server (v8.5) is running on windows server 2008 on 64 bit platform.

does any body faced a similar situation? what could be the possible reason?

Hi Tarique,

In my system also, i can able to view documents in IE, As per my knowledge on this it will not support to view the documents through firefox access point , Becuase in firefox we can view documents either generating the AJAX pages or Java Client.

Thanks for your reply. The documents will be opened in ajax only. But I want my users to open them via access point.

is there any one successfully done this.?
