I've got document on domain A, and I want to reduce the doc down so that external users on domain B can access it. I want to reduce and distribute based on the Carrier ID, and then I'll ftp the files over to domain B where the External QVS will support them. I've set up section access to define which "Security" field is associated to what Carrier.
