Qlikview perfomance dashboard not updating

Hi,

Am new to QlikView product and We are facing an issue with QlikView publisher that not updating the performance dashboard even the jobs are successfully completed but nor reflecting the dashboard , we checked the database and conformed there are transactions belongs today date

what could be the reason for not updating the dashboard even though job are successfully completed ? ( in processed directory we see the latest transactions )

kindly advise us which logs we need to provide you for your further analysis

Quick question, do you mean the governance dashboard?

Or did you build your own document for monitoring?

Hi Maria,

we have custom one for dashboard , which call rest of the document records
