SQL attached - Script is unable to load as it states the following - "Syntax Error - Unknown startement"?? Help!

Hi again..sorry, can't seem to delete my previous post as I did not attach the SQL to that one, but I did here.

I have spent the last hour trying to figure out why my script is not loading. It states that there is a "Syntax error". The script loads fine in Toad Data Point and I normally am able to paste the same script into QlikView, but can't seem to this time. Please help, this is driving me crazy
