&lt;P&gt;Have a look at article&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://support.qlik.com/articles/000007290" target="_self"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;QlikView AccessPoint shows No Server and logs read Account: Failed to create account IQVS_Servername, Access is denied&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/A&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Typically this error is returned&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;when the service account running QlikView isn't used for the IIS Application Pool identity.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Suddenly Reload engine won't work with error "Account: Failed to create account IQVS_xxxx, Access is denied."&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Yesterday it worked fine, but now it tries to reload, but not working. We use Active Directory, just for you information.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
