Hi everybody, I have some Document CAL's user, but I need to change the name and password of that, please help me to do that! I can't find the way!

Sorry, but I'm not following your issue. You need to change name/password of a Document CAL user? Perhaps you could provide screen captures of the QMC where you want to make this change?

@eli_legna to piggyback off of Chip, what type of connection are you using to pull in your users? Active Directory? Configurable LDAP? If it's AD you will need to change the username/password for your users in the AD server, not in QlikView.

Correct. You cannot change the username/password of users in QMC. You change the username/password in the local directory in the Windows server, outside of the QMC.
