Qlikview Access point not loading on Edge browser

QlikView Access point is not loading on Edge browser. We use IIS as webserver. Its working with Chrome, IE browsers but not with Edge. Any Idea about this issue?

Hi @GD1239,

Based upon your description, I assume you're attempting to use the IE Plugin client with MS Edge? Or are you using AJAX with Edge?

What is the full build version of QVS (i.e. 12.50.20100)? If you're using IE Plugin, what is the full build version of the client? Is this issue happening with all user or just you?

Edge browser reset resolved the issue.

@Chip_Matejowsky ,

we are also facing similar issue in edge browser where it is popup for credentials and even though we have provided correct credentials its not allowing us to login to access point but in chrome browser once the popup is prompted for credentials that is allowing to login to access point.

Any inputs on this issue is highly appreciated.

As this forum post is over 3 years old and resolved, suggest you start a new thread and provide details regarding the issue you are experiencing, provide screen captures, and QlikView Server version.
