Hello,

As part of a Qlikview migration project from version 11.2 SR17 to version 11.2 SR21 and in order to resolve the vulnerability that was reported on version 11.2 SR17. We are looking for feedback to limit any risk of regression and see if version 11.2 SR21 is compatible with Nprinting 11.6 SR19. Could you send us the system requirements for QlikView for version 11.20 SR21.

Hi @KABBAS2021,

You stated the NPrinting version is 11.6 SR19. Can you please confirm the version of NPrinting? See article Released Qlik NPrinting versions including build number for the current list of versions/build numbers. Also please note that the QlikView version 11.20 track was sunset for support on 12/31/2020. It is no longer a supported version. See Qlik Sense, QlikView, and NPrinting End of Support Date for further details.

Excuse me, the version of NPrinting is 16.9 SR9

Thanks for clarifying the NP 16 SR9 version number. Since both the versions you have listed here (NP 16/QV 11.20) have reached end of life for support assistance, the best advice we can provide you is to upgrade both products to supported versions. Refer to the article Qlik Sense, QlikView, and NPrinting End of Support Date I previously provided to help you determine which version you would chose to upgrade to.
